                It is respectfully submitted that the Honorable Sindh Appellate Labour Tribunal, Karachi, vide its order dated 23/12/2013 in Appeal No. KAR0/2011, has been pleased to set aside the Sindh Laour Court No. IV,  order dated 23^rd J, 21  and has been pleased to applicant’s Grievance Petition No of 28 with the directive to the respondents to reinstate the applicant in service with all back benefits.

2.            Your good self is, therefore, requested to implement the orders of the Honorable Sindh Labour Appellate Tribunal by cancellation/withdrawal of the letter No.A&P/VR2000 dated 14-06-2 from its date of issuance and issuing orders of reinstatement of the applicant in service from 14-06-00, Time Scale Promotions which might have accrued to the applicant from respective dates and retirement of the applicant from 31-12-2012 on attaining the age of superannuation, at the earliest.
