LEASE DEED

________________________________________________Karachi (Herein after referred to as the Lesser which expression shall, unless repugnant to the context, mean and representatives of the one part and UTILITY STORES CORPORATION OF PAKISTAN (PRIVATE) Limited (herein after referred to as lessee, Which expression shall, where the context admits, be deemed to include the assignees of the Corporation) of the other part.

3. During the currency the of the tenancy, the lease can be terminated by either the lessor or the Lessee by serving one month Notice in writing. The lease can be extended beyond one year(s) on mutually agreed terms.

The monthly rent shall be paid on monthly basis within 10 days after its accrual every month.
